Hello, I had my second revision surgery here in 2021. To put it simply, I am now looking into a third revision. It is not a functional problem, purely a cosmetic one. Everyone around me keeps asking why my nose turned into a hooked nose, why it looks so droopy.. So I have now visited a total of five plastic surgery clinics, and all of them diagnosed tip drop and a hooked nose, and said lowering the alar base was essential. I had the surgery with autologous costal cartilage, and thankfully the surgery itself was done well and the foundation was solid, but everyone uniformly said the cosmetic result is just not good at all. It is not the line I wanted at all. Well... after looking at it, even the director admitted that the nose tip has dropped and that cosmetically it is not what I wanted, and said they would do AS, but I do not trust it, so I am looking elsewhere. Please take note. And the consultation managers here have serious problems too? lol When I said it was obviously a revision surgery, one of them said, "Oh my, you had your first nose job, but it looks so natural!" ? I told them it was my second surgery and that I had asked for a dramatic look, and maybe they got embarrassed because they shut their mouth, and after that the manager changed lol Isn't that insane? No matter how kind the director is and how well they handle the consultation, the surgery result is like this, so I honestly want to stop anyone thinking of going here, even if I had to carry lunch boxes over there and beg them not to.
