I had been thinking about nose surgery for a while, went for a consultation recently, and ended up having the surgery too. I had my nose surgery at WuaIn without implants a week ago, and now the packing and splint have been removed. I still can't tell exactly because of the swelling, but so far I don't have much bleeding or pain and the swelling is going down well.
