The consultation was really kind. They said they recommend autologous costal cartilage rather than septal cartilage. Since the director is good at revision surgery, safety seems guaranteed, but there were no pre-op photos of a nose similar to mine, so I'm hesitating whether the shape I want can really come out clearly.. I haven't been to many clinics yet, so I'll visit more and decide.
