I had rhinitis, a wide nose, and a slight hump, so my nose was just extremely ugly. It's not 100% satisfying, but I'd say it's about 85%. I tend to think there is no such thing as a 100% perfect surgery, so I'm satisfied even now. As long as it doesn't sag, I don't think I'll need another revision.
