Now that even the last bit of swelling has gone down, I feel like my nose line looks even better, so I am happy haha I was burdened by autologous rib cartilage for my first surgery, but after hearing the director's explanation and proceeding, I think I was right to listen. The nose that had been wide since childhood now looks slim, and I am so happy :)
