The counselor created a very comfortable atmosphere and gave me a detailed consultation first, which I liked. Since it would be my first surgery, the director recommended costal cartilage because my septum was short, and in other hospitals they recommended septum and donor rib cartilage, so I think it may just be because the height, style, and surgical approach they pursue are different. They said the scar from harvesting autologous costal cartilage is much smaller than at other hospitals, so even though this would be my first surgery, I'm thinking about trying it. I wanted a straight nose, and the director recommended a straight line that is closer to straight and a style closer to natural than glamorous. I didn't know much about rhinoplasty and couldn't ask my questions properly during the consultation, but they explained the nasolabial angle, nostrils, and columella one by one and led me to a satisfying consultation. The aftercare period is 2 years, which is long, and if I say so in advance, I can watch the surgery CCTV at faster playback speed. They only do a maximum of two surgeries per day. It was disappointing that there weren't many before-and-after photos of cases similar to mine, but overall I liked that I had enough consultation time without feeling pressured.
