The director was really professional and calmly explained everything. I was grateful that he pinpointed the direction I wanted as first, second, and so on. The manager also explained things quietly and well! I was hoping for a natural result, and since it’s a private clinic I expected even more, but I didn’t make a reservation because I want to think a little more. They said I might need donor costal cartilage, so I’m thinking about it.
