It seems like it was a pretty standard consultation overall. All the staff were kind, and the consultation manager was cheerful and treated me well. The director was kind too, and I could feel their expertise in the consultation. Overall, I was satisfied with the consultation. Even if I had a lot of questions, they answered everything haha
