This was the fifth place I visited while looking for the right clinic for my first surgery. It was the last place I consulted with. The director was far from kind, and the consultation process was just so-so. The staff were kind and the facilities were clean, though. Still, I wasn't satisfied with the consultation process with the director, so my expectations were low.
