I had a revision nose surgery, and wanted to improve a bulbous nose, remove the columella, and fix the drooping alar wings. Even after the surgery, the columella still wasn't visible from the side, the nostrils were only slightly reduced because they were reduced from inside the nose, and the alar wings were still covering the columella, so I was stunned after the splint came off.. What did they even do.. They lowered the starting point of the silicone on the bridge, so I'm satisfied that my nose looks shorter. They pursue a very natural result, so it won't suit you if you want a sharp, flashy nose. I was satisfied that it was a one-doctor practice with no shadow doctor. They are kind and gentle. Still, the revision did improve my overall image.
