I was a little late, but met the director right away, and during the consultation they touched my nose to check whether there was enough space. Their tone was kind, and I liked that the coordinator didn't pressure me to book. They didn't recommend any extreme surgery and seemed to pursue a natural style. They seemed conscientious.
