I went there with an acquaintance, and it turned out naturally and well. It was done a few years ago, so I don't really remember the cost, and I wish it were a bit higher, but my nose is so small and I was told there isn’t much skin that can stretch?? so I got 3mm silicone inserted. I do want it a bit higher. Still, it came out naturally and beautifully enough that no one would know unless I said so.
