Even though I had booked, I waited for an hour. I thought it could happen because it's a one-doctor clinic, and when I actually met the doctor, he was professional, kind, and explained things very clearly in a way that made sense. I felt there was no overtreatment, so I was satisfied with the consultation. The consultation manager looked tired, so she didn't feel particularly proactive or friendly.
