Of course improving the side profile was urgent too, but I also wanted to see the effect from the front, and I liked that they explained honestly how the surgery should be done to get the feeling I wanted. They said that because I had a bulbous nose feeling, it was important to remove as much fat as possible from the nasal tip and lift it up. It felt like they were trying to explain things in a way that made sense from the patient's perspective? The consultation manager was also kind, and I never felt even once during the consultation that they were rude. The cost came out a bit higher than I had expected, but the staff were still kind, and I feel like if I contact them after surgery, they would care for me sincerely until the end.
