I had facial contouring type 2 done 3 years ago. I was about 3/5 satisfied with the surgery, but there was a big difference in service before and after, and the aftercare was really poor. They didn't pay enough attention, and whenever I asked about side effects, they would just keep saying it would get better over time and end it there. I liked the consultation with the director, but the consultation manager really had no professional knowledge at all and only wanted to finish quickly. Especially on the day of surgery, I got a really untrustworthy feeling. (People who have been through it will probably know.) The day I was discharged was a Saturday, and the staff there were only busy trying to get off work and didn't care about the patients at all. A friend introduced me to this place, but if I had gone around and checked clinics myself, I don't think I would have had the surgery.
