About 6 years ago, my double eyelids that had been done elsewhere with the buried suture method became thinner, so I had an incision procedure done here~ At that time, an elderly doctor with a lot of surgical experience did the consultation, and then a younger person handled the surgery booking. They completely ruined my eyes, left a terrible scar, and since I was young then, I couldn't properly complain to the hospital. (I did call to complain, but there was no compensation or apology at all..) In the end I had to get revision surgery somewhere else because of this place, and after that I remember getting angry because they opened another branch of Dr. Smi.
