It seems systematic, but actually not very systematic... Even though I had a reservation, I waited another 40 minutes to see the director. There was no explanation for the delay, and I thought they had accidentally forgotten me lol. After seeing the director, I waited 20 more minutes to meet the manager, and the manager was even less polite than the doctor. Director Jeong Ji-won seems to have expertise and seems like someone who considers the whole face. But they're so, so busy that it's a little hard to trust them with the rest of my life.
