I had double eyelid surgery with the buried-suture method. They were kind during the consultation, but because the doctor had a very firm taste, I wanted a wider line and they recommended a more natural line. Since it was buried sutures, four years later it has completely loosened. I didn't bruise much, and the swelling went down quickly too! They really do seem to be good at making it look very natural.
