Since I have a low, short upturned nose, they said they would use silicone for the bridge, septal cartilage and ear cartilage for the tip, and correct the columella angle a little. They were very kind and explained everything in detail, but their idea of a natural look and my idea of a natural look were quite different, so I wasn't very drawn to it. It felt a little like they do a factory-style nose?? Maybe because they said it would be better to raise it quite a bit more than the two clinics I had consulted with. An acquaintance had it done here and it turned out well, so it doesn't seem bad??
