A few years ago I went around to several places nearby and had a consultation here too, but aside from the nice facility there isn't much that stood out to me.. The staff didn't seem particularly warm either, and the doctor's consultation felt a bit half-hearted. I didn't expect a CT scan or an in-depth consultation, but they gave me the impression that neither this nor that would be possible, so I left feeling pretty bad. I'm not sure about the cost, but I think it was around that much.
