I had lower eyelid fat repositioning surgery with Director Han about 4 years ago. It was so long ago that I don’t remember the price or how full the director’s schedule was I was too lazy to shop around, so I just went to a big hospital nearby and was pretty much satisfied. The fat has filled in a bit now, but it doesn’t really bother me. But maybe it’s just my imagination, but I think this made my eyes feel dry.
