Looking at the hospital's founding date, it seems like it's been around for about 22 years, and perhaps because of that, the doctor's style felt very firmly established. There were some points where that conflicted with me, so I decided not to go ahead with surgery. The staff were kind, especially the consulting director, who explained things in detail. The wait time was only a few minutes from my appointment time, and the wait for the director's consultation was a bit long, but the staff noticed and said I had waited a long time, so it was fine.
