The director isn't there anymore. I had an incision and front canthoplasty 7 years ago. The incision line I got from that director left a scar for life. My first surgery was when I was in high school, and it left a scar at the outer corner like the upper eyelid surgery that a lot of people in their 40s and 50s get. There was no explanation that it would be done like this. It wasn't upper eyelid surgery, it was just weird. My mom also had surgery there when I was having mine because I didn't know, and according to my mom, they left the finishing work at the outer eye corner to a nurse.
