I had surgery with buried sutures a long time ago. The doctor was a little curt, but he made the line exactly as I wanted and checked my progress carefully during follow-up visits after the surgery. After the swelling went down, the result was so natural that no one would know I had surgery unless I told them first. I'm satisfied with that. But now that a lot of time has passed, one side has come loose, so I'm looking into revision surgery.
