I went for a consultation because my friend had surgery here, but everything ended quickly. The consultation also ended very fast; they just drew a little bit of the line and asked me what I thought about this line, and that was it.. When I asked whether I should do incision, they said it didn't matter and I could choose whichever method I wanted, but other clinics all recommended incision, so I decided not to do it here. (My friend had the non-incision method, but one side came loose so they had to fix it again.)
