I think they handled both glamorous and natural styles well. I did get the sense that they lean a little more toward a glamorous look than I expected, but it didn't feel overly artificial or awkward. Both the director and the counselor were kind and explained things in detail. The director speaks a bit quickly, but not to the point where I couldn't understand. The hospital is clean and seems fine.
