A place I went to for consultation after a recommendation from a cafe. Before the consultation, they were taking photos, and the desk staff were giggling and laughing while displaying patients' photos on the monitor. Seeing that really killed my goodwill. But during the consultation, they acted extremely friendly in front of me... The hospital's image definitely dropped a lot there. Don't be so obvious~ The hospital is also cramped, and the sofa is right in front of the desk... Instead of spending time laughing at other people's faces, please look at your own in the mirror too... Director, you need to train your staff... This is the first time I've seen a hospital like this during a consultation lol. The director's consultation was okay in its own way, but to phrase it very positively, it felt like they would operate according to the patient's needs; to phrase it less positively, it felt like, do whatever you want, but if it goes badly, it's not my responsibility. Overall it was below expectations. For reference, I don't remember the surgery price well, so I wrote roughly that amount.
