Um... the kindness really is top-tier. It may sound a bit odd to say this, but when you go around clinics for nose surgery, there are often staff members with very artificial, large noses who kind of judge patients aggressively(?), so even though everyone has their own subjective view, there are times when I'm so taken aback I can't even speak Since the manager looks natural, it actually gives me more trust The doctor also explained everything very calmly and even gave me several pieces of advice in advance about areas they won't be operating on It feels like they really care about the patient's aesthetic concerns, not just about doing the surgery??
