The doctor was very kind and gave me a great consultation. He was extremely proactive and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, starting from the principles. It felt very professional. However, the consultation manager hadn't even come to work by 10 o'clock, so the desk staff continued the consultation, but they didn't seem to know much about aftercare. That was a bit disappointing.
