Review

As I heard, there was no manager consultation process. The director is kind and explains things well, but somehow the consultation kept taking longer and longer. They’re a bit easygoing and friendly, so I took that positively. At other places, they grill you about where, when, and what procedures or surgeries you had, but here they didn’t ask much. I don’t know if that’s a good thing or a bad thing.... But they are a bit older, so that did bother me a little. And the surgery cost is extremely expensive.
