After jawbone surgery, I seemed to have sagging in my cheeks, so I visited thinking about a lift, and because they said they could do a muscle lift through a scalp incision, I paid a large sum and went ahead. Now it's been a little over a year, and they said my face would only be swollen for about a month, but for about three months I couldn't even go outside at all because my face was swollen to the level of Gollum. Even now, because of the muscle clinging all over my cheekbones, I've spent several million won on things like Passela to reduce the volume, and I have no idea how I'm supposed to get rid of it. For reference, there was no effect either. When I went after watching YouTube, they said there was a problem with recommending a procedure to a patient who had no effect after surgery, but when I said the surgery had no effect, they started talking about giving me some kind of laser procedure, lol. I was speechless.. I went in at six months to at least get a laser treatment, and they got irritated with me and told me to stop contacting them lol They made me so badly that I couldn't even go out in public showing my face, and I contacted them two or three times hoping it would at least improve a little and I could return to my original face, but it looked like they were so annoyed by that. After all that irritation and anger, they told me to point out where the stress was during the laser treatment, so I pointed to the right side. Logically, if someone had common sense, wouldn't they either do the left side the same as the right, or ask why the other side wasn't being treated? Even after waking up from anesthesia, I headed home in a daze, and when I contacted them because only the left side felt numb, they said they had only treated one side lol Does that even make sense? Then when I asked them to do the other side too, they asked for more money? lol 800,000 won? Seriously, why are you acting like that at your age.. The staff lives in the countryside, so I had to leave by 10 a.m., and when I said it seemed like I would be about 10 minutes late because I was taking a 6 a.m. bus, they said if I was 10 minutes late, the patients would have to wait and I should come back at 6 p.m. after waiting 8 hours lol They really are all the same as the people there.. In the end, I did get the other side for free, but during the procedure they were rude in every possible way and even cursed at me to my face. I was scared because I was in the middle of a procedure, so I didn't respond, but really.. Please don't run a hospital like that. And if you made so much money, at least manage the hospital or move premises or something, because this is honestly the dirtiest, most poorly managed hospital I've ever seen. For reference, I do sedation and general anesthesia, but they didn't run a single test and kept waking me during the operation, and when I said it hurt and begged them to put me back to sleep, they wouldn't. They said they were showing me how the surgery is done, but with my scalp cut open and the hair on the crown touching my nose, I think I'll never forget that feeling for the rest of my life..
