I'm writing this to collect points.. hehe I spent 5 years researching online and in person for lower blepharoplasty, and in the end I had it done at Luak. I don't regret the surgery itself. However, because my eyes were already deep-set to begin with, they didn't have much of an aegyo-sal look, and during recovery my aegyo-sal became plump, which made me very happy then. Still, compared to before, it's more visible now, but the area under my eyes has sunken a lot, so I started wondering if I should get filler in my front cheek and came back here. There was also a hospital that said fat needed to be placed into the under-eye bags, but here they said it wasn't necessary, and looking back now, I think that was right. I had already had under-eye filler injected several times and then removed with hyaluronidase, so there must have been a lot of adhesions and attachments, which would have made it lumpy. At the time it was the best choice, but my under-eye area has a hollow when I smile, and that's what bothers me. If I don't smile, it's okay..
