It was my first consultation, and it was pretty average. The manager was kind and the surgeon seemed quite professional. The inside of the clinic had a slightly old-fashioned style, but it was clean. It was just really average, and there wasn't that kind of pull of 'this is it!' so I booked another clinic. Average in every way.
