It felt like I waited quite a bit before the consultation. Even though it was the off-season, it was about 30 minutes? It wasn't lunch time either. First of all, the manager was very kind. She spoke softly and clearly. I had a consultation with Director Jeon Hyo-jin, and personally, I was a bit disappointed. It wasn't bad, but it felt like they were keeping a distance from exactly the style I wanted and trying to play it safe in some way. The manager was kind, but it was unpleasant to see her badmouthing what other hospitals had said. If the procedures are different, they just brush that aside and try to put it down.
