The manager and the doctor both focus on the result I want and consult and operate accordingly. When I first consulted, there were not many people, but these days they seem to have become famous by word of mouth, so when I went back for a follow-up after surgery, I had to wait quite a long time. They also consistently take care of the swelling, and the hospital managers are friendly and make you feel comfortable. During my consultation with the doctor, I felt that at some other famous hospitals, some doctors seemed to want to do things their own way, relying only on their experience and skill from the way they spoke and acted, but Dr. Jeon Hyo-jin listened to me until the end and focused as much as possible on what I wanted. As a person-to-person conversation, she was also very comfortable and nice, so I’m satisfied with the surgery result, but the whole process made it feel like a really good hospital. I have confidently recommended and promoted this hospital to many people.
