The doctor repeatedly reshapes the line while consulting with you. Among the clinics I consulted, I spent the longest time with this doctor. When I showed them the eye shape I wanted, they showed me ways to achieve it as closely as possible and also ways that took reality into account. The managers also supplemented the doctor's consultation and kindly explained things in more detail!
