I thought it would be a large hospital because there were so many word-of-mouth recommendations, but the facility was smaller than I expected, and although I had been told in advance, even though I had made a reservation and visited, there was a waiting time, which was a bit inconvenient. Still, the director's consultation was detailed, so I was satisfied!
