The manager was quite kind, and the director also examined me carefully. Because I hadn't been getting Botox regularly, it had sagged a bit so I got a touch-up, but the cost was the same as quoted. However, since I got premium filler, the total was a bit higher, and because my forehead is naturally very sunken, a lot of product went in. But since it's filler and, from the doctor's perspective, not such a major procedure... the consultation manager decided everything, including how many cc's would go in, and that was a bit disappointing ;; Procedure-wise I'm fairly satisfied.
