I had a non-implant nose surgery here in September 2020. My nose bridge was fairly high, but my nose was long, fleshy, and wide. So I had osteotomy + tip work + hump correction, and I’m really very satisfied compared with before, and my boyfriend says it looks good too! But... from the front, I wish they had done more osteotomy. I wanted a slimmer nose because my wide nose was stressful, but it’s still wide Also, during the nose surgery, they did it under local anesthesia, lifted the tip, and let me look in the mirror They asked me, “How about this much?” And when they were hammering during the osteotomy? the bone echoed too much.... It didn’t hurt, but.... it was a strange experience And because I wanted a slim nose, after surgery I kept going back to the hospital asking for a revision osteotomy, but the doctor wouldn’t do it.. Later he got a bit stern and scolded me, so the aftercare was a bit disappointing.
