A reservation is required for consultation. Even if you have a reservation, there is a bit of waiting time. They explain the surgery in detail, and the line they drew was good. They recommended epicanthoplasty, but maybe they forgot, because they didn’t say anything about anesthesia or the surgical method. I recommend organizing your questions and asking them all at once.
