For nose surgery, I looked into this place because it was close, and since my nose wasn't ugly but small, they used ear cartilage and silicone to build it up. I had twilight anesthesia, so it didn't hurt. The doctor was kind, which was nice, and since he was a nose specialist, he was trustworthy. I was satisfied with the cost.
