What I personally liked was that they showed me the Botox product before the procedure and opened it right in front of me. I could confirm which product would be used, and seeing it opened in front of me made me feel a little more reassured. However, I did not feel that the clinic atmosphere or staff response was particularly friendly. It was not so unfriendly that I felt uncomfortable, but overall it felt like they provided only the minimum formal explanations and consultation. Although the level of friendliness did not leave a strong impression on me personally, it may be a good choice for people who consider checking the product important.
