Both the consultation manager and the doctor were kind, which I liked. When I asked the doctor questions I was curious about, he explained everything, and he told me that if I did only the necessary parts without overdoing it, my appearance would improve more than it is now, which made me trust him. I was grateful that he told me plastic surgery should be decided carefully and that I didn't have to do it at his hospital.
