I had it done 7 years ago, and even now it still hasn't come undone and has held up well. But the initial line was a bit uneven. I'm not sure if it was because I originally had a double eyelid line, but my left eye developed an inner double eyelid because fat bulged out, and my right eye developed an outer line above the original line, so the fat didn't bulge out. I'm planning a revision this time, but if you want something cheap, quick, and simple, it seems fine.
