Maybe because there are so many people, the consultation with the director is only possible after scheduling the surgery date, and only on the day of surgery. I was consulted by the manager, and while other places spent about 30 minutes on consultation, here it was a 10-minute cut from the moment I entered the hospital to the end of the consultation. The manager was kind, but the pace was a bit fast and it felt somewhat like a factory. Unlike when I had consultations at other clinics, there was some kind of inexplicable confidence.
