Five years ago I had a partial-incision double-eyelid surgery here with the same director, and about a year ago it loosened, so I had it done again. They used sedation anesthesia and local anesthesia, then had me wake up and open my eyes to check the progress in between. The director seems to prefer a flashy line. During the consultation with the manager, I said I didn't want an incisional method, so I was talking with the consultation manager, and because I had done a partial incision before, they said re-surgery was only possible with an incisional method. But on the day of surgery, the director actually recommended an incision, then said partial incision was possible too, so I went with partial incision^^ It looks like they were pushing incision from the manager's side because incisions cost more. (The manager was a young woman.) I said I had an important event one month later and needed the swelling to go down quickly, so could I not do a partial incision?..... Well, the manager said there was no difference in swelling between partial incision and incision The consultation manager was so unprofessional that my trust dropped immediately. And their tone was off too, and their personality is kind of strange. After my surgery, while I was waiting for my mom, other people were also saying the consultation manager was rude and stuff. So it wasn't just me. It seems you can only consult with the director right before surgery, and not at other times. Other hospitals let you consult with the director even if you aren't getting surgery.. If you're the type who wants to decide on a hospital after consulting with the director, I don't think you can do that here. Also, because I was getting re-surgery with the same director, they didn't separately explain the surgical method to me. I think they did explain it when I went the first time. And because the director's surgery is in peak season, it seemed like they work nonstop from morning to evening. So if you're getting surgery, I recommend doing it in the morning. I was coming back for a second surgery because I was satisfied with the first one (the lines on both sides were slightly different, but I liked it), but the manager just ruined my mood.. It's been a month since the re-surgery now, and the swelling still hasn't fully gone down, but it's okay.
