I had a very low nose bridge, a man's nose, a bulbous nose, and a big nose, but because I had a relatively high bridge, the director said we should just do nostril reduction and the tip of the nose. Six months after the first surgery, my nose still seemed big, so I requested after-service and had revision surgery, and it turned out so well that I was very satisfied! After the surgery, they showed me the fat? tissue? that came out of my nose. I'm not sure what it was, but anyway they showed me a lump of flesh.. It's now been 6 years since my nose surgery, and it's one of the surgeries I'm most satisfied with!
