I was tempted because factory-style clinics are cheaper, but I didn’t want a revision, so I chose a bigger hospital. The consultation seemed professional, and the doctor also spoke in a way that kept me from getting nervous during surgery. Rather than just consulting me about a nose that would simply look pretty, he seemed to think a lot about harmony, saying he had to look at whether it suited my face. At first, just from photos, I thought a straight line with a slight curve looked pretty, but for my face a gently upturned line suited me better, and if the height was too high it would look awkward, so we made it moderately high and went with that shape. I’m glad I listened to the doctor.
