I visited for a consultation about removing permanent filler. They said it could be removed by incision. While discussing the incision, I mentioned that I also had severe deviated septum and that my nose was visibly crooked. They said we should correct that with functional nose surgery and also do cosmetic nose tip surgery. They explained everything while looking at the CT scan and photos, and because the doctor personally did it, I felt reassured.
