Around March 2023, I had nose surgery and was living happily with the results, but a few days ago it turned red and started oozing something like discharge, so I got worried that something was wrong and went to the hospital. The doctor who operated on me had moved to another hospital, so another doctor had to see me. I waited lying down in the exam room for 30 minutes, and from the counter I heard someone say it had already been a year. Then not the doctor who performed the surgery, but Dr. B** came in. He said things like, "What did you do to your nose? Why would a nose that's been left alone end up like this? Did you pull out nose hair? You have a nose with a lot of sebum." So I replied that I'd used nose-hair clippers and that my nose hurt now, so I came to see whether there was something wrong and whether it was okay. The doctor then said it was probably something abnormal, maybe folliculitis or inflammation. Then I said I'd stopped by the hospital because of another procedure elsewhere, and he told me I could just take the antibiotics I got there. He also said, "Do you understand what I'm saying?" I was so dumbfounded that I said again I hadn't come to file a complaint, I came because it hurt and wanted to check whether something was wrong. Then he told the nurse to give me an antibiotic shot and send me off. I had made a reservation and came to the hospital, so if they didn't want to see a patient who was a year out or a patient from another doctor, wouldn't it have been better to tell me to go to ENT from the start when I booked, or otherwise tell me where my original surgeon was?
